Summer Camp Pack List

What to Bring:  Everything is MANDATORY unless otherwise marked OPTIONAL.

PLEASE DO NOT OVER PACK!  YOUR DAUGHTER IS REQUIRED TO CARRY HER OWN BELONGINGS.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER PACK HERSELF SO SHE KNOWS WHERE ALL HER ITEMS ARE.

An Easy way to pack for younger scouts is to put each days worth of clothes in a gallon zip lock bag (shorts, shirt, underwear and socks), this way everything they need for the day is in one bag, they can just grab it and go! 


Fitted Twin Sheet to Cover Mattress


Backpack with the following in it: 


Twin Sheet


             Sun Screen


Sleep Bag or Blanket


            Water Bottle


Pillow


            Troop Song Book (If you have one)


5 Extra Change of Clothes (Shorts, Shirts, Underwear, Socks)


            Rain Jacket


Sleep wear


             Bug Spray 


Swim Suit


             Flashlight  & Extra Batteries


Beach Towel


             Mini First Aid (Band Aids, wipes, etc.)


Bath Towel for Showers


             Chap Stick 


Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Brush, Hair ties, etc.)


             Camera (Optional)


Long Pants (1 pair at least)


             Book or Journal (Optional)


Medicines (Please check them in when you get to camp to the nurse).


             Small Portable neck fan or mister (Optional)


Stuffed Animal (ONLY ONE) Optional




Flip Flops (For Shower and Pool)




Goggles, etc. for the Pool (Optional)




50 Swaps to Exchange


Closed Toed Shoes (Tennis Shoes - 2 pair)


Hat (Ball Cap, Bucket hat, etc...)


Trash Bag for Dirty Clothes


Pajamas (at least 2 pair)


What NOT to Bring: (Anything brought below will be confiscated and given back on Wednesday)


Electronics (Games, Radios, IPADS, Laptops etc.)


Candy or Gum


Phones (Can be used to take pictures, but you will not be allowed to play on them)


Toys (except for the one stuffed animal)
