Kaper Charts - As a troop or level we will make a Kaper Chart. A Kaper Chart is a chart used to decide the jobs that each girl needs to perform during a meal, checkout or meeting and assures that everything gets done and everyone gets a chance to do every job. Typical Kaper duties while camping for a meal:
Cook  |
- Arrive early to prepare the food for the meal.
- Wipe out bowls, pots and pans, if not used for serving and put in sink or buckets.
- Serve the Meal.

Hostess  | - Make the Drinks or Set out the Drinks (Make sure there is a bowl of ice)
- Clear and Wipe down all the tables being used for eating before the meal
- Lead in the Grace.

Clean up | - Discard all of the leftovers or bag them up and put in the refrigerator/ ice chest.
- Put away all of the non perishable items.
- Wipe all serving pots and pans with paper towels and take to the sink, buckets.
- Wipe down all the eating tables.
- Sweep the Kitchen Floor.

Dish Washer  | - Wash all cooking Dishes.
- Wipe out the sinks, dump the wash buckets and turn upside down to dry.
- Wipe down the kitchen Counters/Chuck Box/Kitchen Tables
