Kaper Charts - As a troop or level we will make a Kaper Chart. A Kaper Chart is a chart used to decide the jobs that each girl needs to perform during a meal, checkout or meeting and assures that everything gets done and everyone gets a chance to do every job.  Typical Kaper duties while camping for a meal:

Cook	Arrive early to prepare the food for the meal. Wipe out bowls, pots and pans, if not used for serving and put in sink or buckets. Serve the Meal.
Hostess	Make the Drinks or Set out the Drinks (Make sure there is a bowl of ice) Clear and Wipe down all the tables being used for eating before the meal Lead in the Grace.
Clean up	Discard all of the leftovers or bag them up and put in the refrigerator/ ice chest. Put away all of the non perishable items. Wipe all serving pots and pans with paper towels and take to the sink, buckets. Wipe down all the eating tables. Sweep the Kitchen Floor.
Dish Washer	Wash all cooking Dishes. Wipe out the sinks, dump the wash buckets and turn upside down to dry. Wipe down the kitchen Counters/Chuck Box/Kitchen Tables
